Visitor Feedback: Nintendo has today announced a global change in the trade pricing policy of Nintendo 3DS XL. So, there we have it. The price war has continued beyond pre-orders. The lowest recorded price was £174.00. The lacklustre market has created price drops, forcing manufactures to resell cheaper and cheaper. Desktop consoles and video games have witnessed similar drops. 3DS game prices have fallen from £35.99 to match DS game prices.

Visitor Feedback: Another bubble which appears to have burst is the all-singing-all-dancing voucher code. Retailers issue very specific codes for those hard to shift big ticket items. Asda Entertainment (online only) have provided one voucher code which entitles during 21st-31st Jan 2011 £15 off a 3DS pre-order, no strings attached, the deal is open to Cosmos Black 3DS and Aqua Blue 3DS console bundles. I find it astounding that a "grocery shop", now leads the way with the best cutting edge video game deals! No other retailer has listed 3DS game bundles to this day. Using an Asda discount voucher brought their prices in line with the competition. So in a nutshell the voucher was pants.

Visitor Feedback: Too cheap to be real, yet so tempting? Do not even consider pre-ordering the BNIB UK model 3DS on eBay. It's more than likely a scam. The same applies to discount game retailers whom popped up during the last rain fall, and will disappear just as quick. Rouge trading is less common in the UK. Online you have the world at your finger tips, there in lies the vulnerability of being exposed to rogues everywhere who can appear to be in UK. The Police have a hard enough workload with Safety Cam offences, mention an Internet rogue business and you are on your own. Dominic Littlewood and Melinda Messenger would do well to issue advance warnings.
